Terms of Use

By downloading or using PicMess (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use PicMess on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.

Your content

PicMess works with the photos and videos already on your device. You are responsible for your own content and for what you choose to delete, keep, or share. Deleting within the app moves items to your device’s Recently Deleted, per iOS behavior.

Purchases and trial

• PicMess Full is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase — not a subscription. You pay once and it stays unlocked for your Apple ID.
• New installs include a limited free trial of the Full features. When the trial ends, the free features keep working and Full features require the purchase.
• Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policy. You can restore your purchase on other devices using the same Apple ID.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. While we take care to handle your photos safely (deletions go to Recently Deleted), we can’t guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PicMess and its developer are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple’s standard EULA

Unless you have a separate signed agreement with us, your use of PicMess is also governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
